Introduction

This document illustrates a number of issues of concern. Each issue is dealt with individually and a final summing up seeks to integrate the points of concern into a comprehensive whole. The document is divided into three sections. Section I concerns the actions of the Collège des médecins du Québec. Section II concerns the actions of Dr. X M.D. (00000). Section III examines all of the issues from a macro perspective and their potential impact on the citizens of Québec.

I apologize for being unable to provide this text in a French version. Due to my injury I have significant problems with word finding in English and this problem is multiplied several fold when it comes to French. The Collège des médecins du Québec has given me a deadline of the 20th of October and given my reduced capacity to write I will be hard pressed to meet that deadline even if I devote 12 hour days to the task. At present I am surviving on fast depleting retirement savings and cannot afford the work of a translator.
