— SUBMITTED UNDER PROTEST —
The Collège des médecins du Québec couldn’t find professional misconduct if it were a dead skunk rotting under your own nose.
This submission is made under protest to the Collège des médecins du Québec in regard to my outstanding complaint in respect to the unprofessional conduct of Dr. X (00000) submitted to the Collège des médecins du Québec on June 10th 2013 (your file 49647).
Enclosed is an Analysis of the Conduct of Dr. X and the Collège des médecins du Québec submitted to Dr. Réjean Hébert, M.D., ministre de la santé et des services sociaux, Gouvernment du Québec.
At this point I have zero confidence in the conduct of the Collège des médecins du Québec, its regulatory practices, and the competence of the physicians that compose this professional association.
Let me make this very plain so that you understand the outline of my complaint:
-
1) A physician employs diagnostic tests with no scientific validity in
respect of my injury -
2) He compounds this error by drawing inaccurate conclusions from the
results obtained -
3) He pronounces outside his area of professional expertise
-
4) The regulatory body intended to oversee issues of professional
misconduct ignores them -
5) The regulatory body pronounces outside its area of professional
expertise
Signed,
with utter contempt,
F Fuller
