Unable to sleep last night. Woke up and worked on some images and polished this blog post.
The blog is becoming frustrating to me. I am trying to understand the reason for this.
When I started, I would happily spend hours working on a blog post, performing endless polishing and revision. This activity filled much of the day; posting to the blog left little time for anything else.

This is not really a post. It is more of an inventory. I am trying to chronicle all the triggers which put me into a tailspin.
Why do this? I have lots of these little lists. Somehow posting to the blog is more final and complete. I am not sure I fully understand my logic; I do know that I need to find some way to address the tailspin problem. This attempt seems to be as good as any other and if it does not work then perhaps it will spark a better idea.

Summer is almost over. Clearly I have not been very consistent in making blog entries; there is a reason for my lax behaviour. Several reasons actually.
First, until August 1st, I was deeply involved in preparing a final submission to the insurance agency. This type of report is difficult for me to create. These documents require a great deal of time, are involved and complex, and I try to make them as factual and accurate as possible. Because they are difficult to write I must focus all my energy on completing them and I must drop everything else; everything else includes this blog.
