September End of Month Review
This has been a very up and down month. A key positive factor is that events which would previously have triggered a major depressive event did not have this effect. Either I am better able to manage depressive triggers, or there has been some degree of stabilization in brain neurotransmitters that have resulted in this positive outcome. Walking an average of 9 miles a day likely helped.
I have attempted to duplicate the positive aspects of this blog by what I call “Numeric Therapy.” In the Spring of 2013, Dr. H advised me to return to blogging for therapeutic benefit. I had a dormant development site I used on an intermittent basis as a beta site, a location to test code, and a way to remain current on developments in HTML, js, css, and php.
I continue to work on a Montréal review to understand what happened and why. I think I need the assistance of Dr. H in coming to an understanding. This post, and the prior post, both function as preparation for tomorrow’s doctor meeting.
