October 2016 End of Month Review
This post demonstrates the value of the blog, and of the End of Month Review. Drafting this post forced a review of Accident Log entries from the past 30 days, and similar data from the Walk Record. It is clear I am encountering a great deal of difficulty. These difficulties will be described within the regular section heads.
September End of Month Review
This has been a very up and down month. A key positive factor is that events which would previously have triggered a major depressive event did not have this effect. Either I am better able to manage depressive triggers, or there has been some degree of stabilization in brain neurotransmitters that have resulted in this positive outcome. Walking an average of 9 miles a day likely helped.
August End of Month Review
I am making a conscious effort to properly document the past month. This is a valuable exercise that forces me to place events in perspective, and helps guide future activity.
