Awake. Unable to get back to sleep.
Realize that the Collège des médecins du Québec will only be making a decision as to the appropriateness of its own earlier decision. They will either endorse the prior decision or send it back for a further review. They have 90 days from the deadline which was sometime in early November. So Nov, Dec, Jan then back to the prior committee for a 90 day review Feb, Mar, Apr, then to the insurer who render some kind of decision and then have 90 days for a medical review so May, June, July.

Forest and the Trees

I have this sense of not being able to see the forest because all the trees are in the way. And immediately after writing the previous sentence I went to make coffee and ended up spilling most of the kettle over the kitchen floor. I do not know precisely how I did that but it is more or less typical. I go to perform some very simple action and I botch it and end up feeling totally incompetent. This is one problem. But I have others.

Stop Making Sense

14:29:48   Back from copy run. Stop making sense.

I need to stop document production. My error rate now exceeds my accuracy rate. No matter how hard I work for accuracy, new errors are introduced. The copy effort drove this home. As I passed documents through the machine, it became painfully obvious the multitude of things I had missed, or overlooked.
