Pain in left forearm. Extends throughout the arm fore and aft. This is new and unusual. Also sense of puffiness in right lower eyelid area. This is a sensation normally found on the left. First instance on the right? Strong crickets in right ear.
Went to nap after above.

Some time ago Dr H suggested that I keep a log of events related to my injury. I started making entries into a document called “Accident Log.” This has proved to be a very useful project especially as it pertains to ALS, CTE, and other acronyms.
I have this sense of not being able to see the forest because all the trees are in the way. And immediately after writing the previous sentence I went to make coffee and ended up spilling most of the kettle over the kitchen floor. I do not know precisely how I did that but it is more or less typical. I go to perform some very simple action and I botch it and end up feeling totally incompetent. This is one problem. But I have others.
