I am presently engaged in litigation with an insurance company. They have refused my claim. They choose not to believe anything I present to them. Any acceptance of the truth on their part will cost them money. Money that will not be available for their salaries, or their pensions. Like all mature organizations they operate for the benefit of themselves, not for the benefit of their ostensible clients, and not for the citizens of Québec who end up having to foot the bill.

A Personal History of Sleep
This is my personal history of sleep. It is comprised of two parts. This first section details sleep performance from before the injury up to May 2013. The following post provides evidence of sleep dysfunction in 2013.
Sleep and Diet
My sleep research has uncovered some interesting facts. The neurotransmitter balance, the relative presence of different neurotransmitters, appears to play a significant role in fatigue. These neurotransmitters all have dietary precursors. Sleep and diet is therefore closely linked. If the diet is insufficient in a certain nutrient this will result in a decline in the availability of a required precursor and one outcome will be altered mood, or a possible cognitive impairment.
