Found a New York Times article describing a study in which researchers compared the sleep patterns of three different groups of tribal populations; the Hadza and San tribes in Africa, and the Tsimané people in South America. All three groups represent prehistoric tribal populations and all three are found to sleep fewer hours than contemporary Americans.

Sleep Experiment
02:24:47. Awake. Went to bed at 1030. Now up, fully alert and refreshed, only 4 hours later. Very strong and loud ringing in the ears.
Yesterday, I slept in late, until noon. I felt I had a cold coming on and heavy fatigue. Did not take an afternoon nap. Attempted to gauge the point at which I would be tired enough for bed.

Behavioural Changes
Had a flutter in my left upper arm last night. Also pain in thigh muscle. Had an event where my right hand grip was weak to the point I thought I was about to drop a full plate of food (not sure if I recorded this previously or not). Those are physical behaviours. I am also dealing with behavioural changes.
