In the prior post I described my Doctor’s recommendation that I recommence blogging and the positive therapeutic value of this activity. This experience suggests the digital realm may hold other positive benefit for persons with cognitive deficits, or those persons having problems with executive function.

Self Portrait at 100
The prior blog post was post number 100. It has taken me 349 days to complete 100 posts, a rate of one post every three and one half days. The above image is not truly a self portrait. It is an attempt at humour (I have wanted to use this image for some time but could never really identify an appropriate post). The blog itself functions as a self portrait.

Goal Setting 2
Performance Review
I did not meet my targeted goals for the last week. I have just returned from the post office after mailing two outreach letters. But only one of those was directly targeted toward the proposal. So I count these two mailings as 1.5 outreach events.
I also sent out two emails but only one of those directly focused on the TBI Proposal. These two communications are therefore also being counted as 1.5 outreach events.
