I notice I am prone to devoting time to psychic hygiene tasks. These are largely irrelevant undertakings. They require very little thought and exist on the very margin of necessity. I have just spent over an hour doing these pick-up tasks.

Peaking in Fresh Air
Coming back to the blog is a breath of fresh air. I started working on it, found it very frustrating, and developed a love hate relationship with it. Then I found that it served as a sort of salve, a place I might turn to in order to recover my spirits, to breath out and abandon all of the negative energy and frustration that accompanied my efforts to accomplish nothing more than the simplest of things.

Debt to Doctor D
Saw Dr D today. It is always a great pleasure to see her. Every meeting seems to spark a new insight.
First, I managed to goof up again. On arrival at Dr D’s office, I placed the walk tracker on pause, turned off GPS tracking, and changed the phone from sound mode to vibrate mode. When I departed Dr D’s office, I was careful to place the walk tracker back in record mode. But I forgot to resume GPS tracking. As a result of the GPS not being enabled, the app had no means to determine location. None of the return trip was recorded.
