The soup doesn’t taste right. Not sure what is wrong. Soup is something I make frequently. It constitutes a standard, no-brainer meal. A great way to use the accumulated debris scooped out of the fridge. And tonight there is something wrong with it, something I cannot define.

Observation
My abilities are very fragile. Creating the prior post left me extremely frustrated. I carefully entered the text in the post editor but, when I went to display the final web page (what you see on the site), I found portions of the page were corrupt. There was an abrupt increase in frustration. This frustration was amplified by my being unable to locate the prior content to which I wished to hyperlink, and several other problems associated with text entry.

Time Warps and Other Events
I keep an “accident log.” This is an informal record of daily events related to the injury. In recent months I have been documenting fewer events. My logic has been that a continued focus on my errors and mistakes would only serve to highlight my various problems. I thought it might be better to avoid this regular documentation and simply live my day as best I could without listing my errors. After all, we all make errors. A painstaking analysis of each one did not seem to deliver much in the way of benefit.
